Why are we doing this?
We want to create a safe, cozy and friendly environment for all women who want to do pole dancing. A place where stress and worries are forgotten and where new heights, both emotionally and physically, are waiting for you.
Pole dance is a very versatile training that develops strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and above all emphasizes femininity. We do tricks and dance. Such trainings help women to forget daily chores for a while and dedicate time only to themselves. This increases both self-confidence and awareness of one's abilities.
Our goal is to provide high-quality and safe trainings. Our coaches have undergone various professional trainings and courses.
We sincerely want all the women to find the Goddess within themselves.
To offer this opportunity to many more, we need more space and higher ceilings.
What do we do with the money raised?
After a long search, we have found the perfect rooms - so far we have trained in a small and low-ceilinged room, which places restrictions on our training. We already have a lot, but we still need a little help to move to a room suitable for pole dancing.
We need poles that are specially designed for higher ceilings, so that training is safe even at a height of more than 3 meters. Such poles are not sold in Estonia and we have to order them from England.
New higher mirrors need to be installed on the wall to get feedback on your technique while training. This is necessary for both coaches and trainers. Mirrors must be secure so that an accidentally broken mirror does not cause life-threatening injuries.
Who are we?
We are a group of women who have a special place for pole dancing in our hearts. Some of us are coaches, some are students. The women we train with are daughters, mothers and even grandmothers - the most common women. We are all united by the desire to train and feel feminine and happy. We have been operating as a studio for a year and a half and we see that more and more women want to join us, but we still have a shortage of space.
